Honestly, CIS Premium can stands its own from the system as even the HIPS itself is unticked by default; those pop ups which rated on being default are good for any users when dealing it.

Honestly, CIS Premium can stands its own from the system as even the HIPS itself is unticked by default; those pop ups which rated on being default are good for any users when dealing it.

When the HIPS is unticked "default install" it is still active, unticking it does not disable it, it just allows the BB to be proactive first.
