Note: At this point we have made this release only for new installations and comodo.com is updated with latest setups. In case you want to update from older version, you can use test server IP as shown in enclosed HostSettings_for_Update.png and run updater from main interface. We will be releasing updates to older versions early next week.

This is mainly a bug fix release and here is the change list:
New:
1.
This is version 11. Considering many stability and performance changes have gone into application since release of v10 and product overall test results have improved, we have classified it as v11. While we continue to work on major changes for v12 for 2019 release.

2.
Going forward, you won't see any GeekBuddy alert upon malware detection.

3.
This build is HVCI compliant, this is a feature which is going to be enabled by default in Windows 10 RS5, due in Fall-2018.

4.
When updates to older versions released, updates will be done in two steps, after you have updated, you will see another alert for 2nd update. Any update further on top of this won't require two updates. We have to go through this one time for technical reasons to be ready for next hot-fix release, which will be fully RS5 compliant.

Fixes:
5.
Fixed BSOD as reported here.

6.
Incompatibility with 'Sea of Thieves', 'State of Decay 2', 'Forza Horizon 3' and 'Age of Empires' games.

7.
A public bug 2355 was raised by moderators, where HIPS does not alert for actions when previously trusted rated application is changed to unrecognized

8.
Firefox issue in Sandbox as reported here.

9.
It has several crash fixes as well, as we found via crash reporting feature.

10.
It has updated Comodo Dragon v66, Comodo Secure Shopping(CSS) v142 and Internet Security Essentials(ISE) v152, both CSS and ISE have update related changes, where during update setup could take high CPU.

Please give it a try and share your valuable feedback.

Thanks

Regarding Comodo Firewall specifically: I had very little time to play with this new version, but just a few preliminary comments:

1). The setup should be the same as in previous versions.

2). About the detections from VirusScope- This may seem a bit odd- Note that they got rid of the GeekBuddy notifications that occurred if the Cloud AV found malware. Please note that now, if you have the Sandbox enabled, you will get no indication that VirusScope found anything- just the malware itself would be deleted. Shut the sandbox off, re-run the malware and only then will you see an AV popup. Point being, VirusScope is working even though you may not be aware of it.

3). Also about VirusScope (and this surprised me)- I tend to be exceptionally nasty with CF in private testing as I use it myself. I coded a worm which drops of a hidden System file which then connects out. I tried this malware a number of times with differing settings It was in all cases it was blocked without any Outbound connections being allowed. This was not a surprise- what was is that on my 5th try I actually DID get an AV detection, and this with Containment active. So within an hour or so, somebody (or something) at Comodo added a definition to my malware to the database. Kinda Cool.

4). In spite of a few requests, the sandbox still for whatever stupid reason is not cleared automatically on reboot. Although have orphaned malicious crap in VT Root presents absolutely no security issue, it would just be so much more elegant if it was cleared.

That is very odd. If I were you I would check your Startup apps to determine what is happening. The lack of GUI after an installation reboot is definitely NOT a Comodo issue.
It's in the startup list but it refuses to start. Even if i launch it manually i have no gui even though it's filtering normally. It must be an upgrade issue but sadly no time to clean install windows atm. C'est la vie.

I had the same problem and did a refresh of my Windows 10 installation. Now no problems anymore.
Maybe you can try the CIS cleanup tool @Tiny linked to?
