additional info, I don't know if it helps, this uploads happened on the metered connection managed by students, I saw my upload data usage from their traffic detail website. I am positive my internet connection wasn't being used by any other device (usage occurs when my pc is connected to network not otherwise), but if you want to confirm it, please suggest how can I see that upload is actually occurring from my computer.
