There is also a FRST text file called " Main ", should I upload that as well?

My PC is so GOD DAMN SLOW and THE PC CASE IS MAKING BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ SOUNDS WHEN WORKING AND I CLEANED IT WITH AN AIR CONDITIONER BEFORE.

My friend told me this is the best forum for removing malware/spyware/adware/viruses/trojans/worms because it has professional staff like some kid named TwinEagle or something like that.

P.S. I apologize for my temper and rage but I'm really angry with it.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Regards,

Filip.

Yeah we are older men and we are probably older than you my dear friend, yep judging by your name it must be you.

Can you assist me, almighty professional MalwareTips Staff Member? =)

Scan with ZOEK

Please download ZOEK by Smeenk and save it to your desktop (preferred version is the *.exe one)
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

  • Right-click on
    51a612a8b27e2-Zoek.png
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Wait patiently until the main console will appear, it may take a minute or two.
  • In the main box please paste in the following script:
    Code:
    createsrpoint;
    autoclean;
    emptyalltemp;
    ipconfig /flushdns;b
  • Make sure that Scan All Users option is checked.
  • Push Run Script and wait patiently. The scan may take a couple of minutes.
  • When the scan completes, a zoek-results logfile should open in notepad.
  • If a reboot is needed, it will be opened after it. You may also find it at your main drive (usually C:\ drive)

Post its content into your next reply.

Hi, I can't upload the file.

It keeps saying:
" The following error occurred
The uploaded file is empty. "

I even renamed the text file but still nothing, anyway copying it here.

Oh I managed to upload them by putting them from my Desktop to a newly created Folder. ^_^

Before I registered to this forum I ran an Avira System Scan and a Malwarebytes Threat Scan.

I couldn't find the Avira Report File anyways copying it here.

The only virus Avira found is named: " ADWARE/MultiPlug.PU "

The only viruses Malwarebytes found are named: "

Uninstall Chrome

Export your bookmarks
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/96816?hl=en

Close all Chrome windows and tabs.
Go to the Start menu > Control Panel.
Click Programs and Features.
Double-click Google Chrome.
Click Uninstall from the confirmation dialog. Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, select the "Also delete your browsing data" checkbox.

Click Start, copy in search %LOCALAPPDATA%\ and remove folder Google

Download Chrome

OK done, however when uninstalling Google Chrome I didn't get or receive any message like you typed: " Delete your user profile information, like your browser preferences, bookmarks, and history, select the "Also delete your browsing data" checkbox. "

^ There wasn't any of that. o_O

I just double-click Google Chrome and it uninstalled itself in a minute or so.

I removed the Google folder and I installed Chrome again.

However PUP means Potentially Unwanted Program, wasn't that some PUP Cookie from my Google Chrome?

Malwarebytes deleted the two files anyway.

OK so what's next?

Another note which I forgot to add, my PC Case makes a lot of BUZZING SOUNDS when turned on, I was told that's from the dust, however I cleaned the PC case inside recently with an air compressor, just like in this picture http://megatyre.co.nz/content/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/Air-Compressor.jpg not exactly the same like in the picture but big sized like that one.

Any help with it?
As you saw from the files my PC Configuration is a gaming one, my PC is gaming one, which I paid around ~800 euros for it on 12/20/2012.

End of 2012 that is.

My PC is way faster after I ran " Zoek ".

Faster PC ✓
Faster boot time ✓
Faster turn on time ✓
Faster restart ✓
Faster response rate ✓
Opens files/folders more quickly than before ✓
Has less delay ✓

But I'm still missing that speed when I first bought it, It's just not like it.

One more question which I totally forgot to ask.

When I first ran the " FRST64 " tool after the scan finished I didn't click the Fix button after, I just closed the window by clicking X and then I uploaded the file here, because http://malwaretips.com/threads/preparation-guide-before-requesting-malware-removal-help.20334/ in the guide you didn't mention anywhere that we should click Fix after the scan finished.

Did I do correct by not clicking Fix or I did wrong?

I am not sure I can help you with buzzing sounds. About speed, maybe you should reinstall your system or add SSD.

Anything else I can help with?

You didn't answer my questions above man. :D

What is the cause, the problem so that the PC Case making buzzing sounds?

Logically it is from the dust inside when you work with it, but as I told you I already cleaned it MANUALLY and STEP BY STEP with an air compressor, any solution?

Also you didn't answer me about the PUP's and FRST Fix thing?

Sorry.

Yes, these PUPs that were detected by MalwareBytes should be gone now with new Chrome. Chrome Preferences file was altered, it is not a big deal.

There was no need to Fix with FRST.

About buzzing I don't know what could this be, it could be anything, fan, hard drive, coil vhine.

So what Is your suggestion about this?

Should I take it back to the guy which I bought the PC so he can clean it?

I still have my warranty, It's for 5 years so It's still active.

Anyway my computer seems to be fine by the programs you told me to scan it, right?

No viruses, no serious damage right?

I just know that I never cleaned the Temp folder, the temporary files in it, maybe that's why was so slow.

Now it's faster but not the faster I wanted to.

Anyway's good job.
