run the computer in safemode and in a command prompt put :

sfc /scannow ( pay attention to the space before "/" and not after )

then after it's ended , reboot the computer in normal mode and try again

I started in safemode with command prompt that ok.

Looks like will take a while

Do you mean to try install updates after reboot

if it doesn't work I found another possibility

I don't want to assert anything as long as nothing is safe ^^ lol

Has this been your toughest mission? See Microsoft told me malware needed removing then broken files and registry to be fixed. They was gonna charge me for it o_O

Btw scan says windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations

Is that the scan complete can I restart?

no it's not my harder mission ^^
one time , one of these, took six months to be resolved lol

yes but don't try the updates for the moment

have you got another browser ?

ok uninstall internet explorer

you can type in command prompt to reboot in normal mode :

shutdown -r

or with the start bouton ^^

What I mean is I just have a black screen with safemode written in all four corners I can't get start menu up

ah yes of course ^^

do ctrl + alt + del and select "taskmanager" , and in the "File" Tab => new task , write : cmd

it'll make be back the command prompt
