what in particular?

the wallpaper is a mix of pictures google-taken from internet, and adapted to my name via Paint

the monitors at the right are Rainmeter, and the big circle thing in center is a launcher called "circle-dock" (abandonware in this case)

Circle Dock. Not many users use it nowadays.

Still a good dock for minimalistic lovers (depending how you configure your desktop that is).

Umbra: the aero theme colour "matches" your wallpaper

By the way, that the last desktop posted by Stranger is the only island where umbra virus is not active (Earth discovered and I moved in)...

Umbra virus cannot live at the island where only one av and two on demand scanners live,it need at least 3-4 real time protection and 12-15 on-demand scanners :lolz:
