Desperately needing assistance removing what seems to be a very forceful being caused by strojan/s?

So why did my anti virus mysteriously go? And do you have any thoughts on why i cant run malwarebytes etc or even install a new av security?

Sorry , just one final query , So you don't see there is malware in all those processes? thank you .

I don't know why you can't run MalwareBytes, it seems it is missing some system components. I didn't spot any signs of malware.
