Troubleshoot Dnscrypt problem

Hi all I just installed the windows 10 fall creators update ( 1709 build 16299.19 ) , did a clean install. after finalizing the whole process , installing all avaiulable updates , necessary tweaks and my programs I cam to the discovery that dnscrypt is not working correctly onj my system anymore and keeps giving me an error everytime I start up the gui :

Missing Universal C Runtime ( CRT ) tried to click on the link in this popup I keep getting and it leads me the micr$oft downloads page , but no windows 10 download link , highest is win 8.1......I do not have the slighest idea on how to tackle this problem , so I was kinda hoping someone can and is willing to help me out? I would highly appreciate it

Where to find the Universal CRT files
As a Windows component, the UCRT library files and headers are now part of the Windows software development kit (SDK).

so getting it here might do the trick

If that doesn't help, I hope others might have a better idea with what to do to sort it out.

Thanks guys for your input! @venustus : mate your solution did the trick I cannot believe that the answer would be so simple maybe I did experience a brainfart at the moment
