i was using "hybernate" and "sleep" frequently on my (old) laptops/PCs (only HDDs no SSDs). Now i have SSDs in
my two laptops and booting from SSD is very fast: so i do't use "hybernate"/"sleep" anymore. Booting
from HDDs takes really very long time: even i you have gaming laptops/PCs. Therefore i've always been using "hybernate"/"sleep"...

Sleep 95+% of the time.....and Restart only when absolutely necessary..:)
I find that on a restart M$ always changes my "Network Sharing" settings from "Do not allow" to "Allow"(Which is annoying)
They used to change my "Remote Access" settings each time too,but I was able to stop this by killing access to ..
"System Remote Settings" and the "Windows Remote Assistance COM Server" Service.

My war machine laptop is always on, until night :D..and then I shutdown.

I had a problem on the other productivity HP computer: after sleep mode, awakening it gave no sign of life.
I think it is a Win 10 compatibility problem, however, when I have to leave the PC for some time, I use the hibernation mode.
