I can't recommend this extension because I have never used it.

Generally I recommend to use as few extensions as possible and only well-known ones that get a lot of exposure here and on other forums.
An extension has a lot of power in your browser and can be used for bad things.
Google has a point with Manifest V3

The only one that I know and have used is I Don't Care About Cookies and that is sold by its developer to Avast.
