What is your opinion on this, gut feeling.
I would guess there are two primary considerations;
1) He went crazy.
2) He was very smart and wealthy, was on to something and viewed as a risk to their agenda.
Option 1 would ignore the hundreds of thousands of people across the world that report similar things. Targeted individuals, gang stalked people, blah blah blah. Some people thought Michael Hasting's was going nuts when he said his electronics weren't working right and he was convinced they had some advanced technology to take over his Mercedes from remote. (look up how he died and what he was researching at time of death)
Option 2 is no less comforting. They have technology that can pretty well screw up your reality. To the untrained observer, it can appear like paranormal activity. When you go tampering with frequencies, brainwaves/microwaves, and other things you can pretty well mess someone up pretty good. Alien technology or advanced govt, or hybrid govt+alien technology is just another in a long list of questions for those investigating such matters. (up to and including psychotronic, radionic, scalar, etc)
