Do I need internet security(SAFE)? When I do not use banking protection, parental control. Do I lose anything else besides browsing protection?

Seems that it also takes away Web protection. So you'd be better off with SAFE.

Browsing Protection by F-Secure is really important!
I believe another benefit it's monitoring settings of Windows Firewall, so it's for sure worth to purchase F-Secure Safe,
The difference of money shouldn't be much high compared both versions: Antivirus and F-Secure Safe.
