Probably they are not signed and the WhitelistCloud part of VoodooShield treats (most?) unsigned files as unsafe.
That's why I disable the WhitelistCloud part of VoodooShield.

Yes I was just about to post the screenshot that shows the sig verify issue but why on earth would they be unsigned? I know MS does it but a security software?
You can click on the hash to look at the file on VirusTotal, but I bet its safe like @Minimalist said.
