I knew it was a bad program, I installed it as a test. I shared it as an idea for friends in the group who don't know.

Oh this flag making me curious, i will analyze it.
Claiming X is bad is simply a bad take, no anti virus will protect you from 0day exploit.
Detecting malwares is not done via a single software, from sysdig, velociraptor and numerous other live incident tool,syslog and sysmon. CIMSWEEP, Yara/Siem detection/scanning and numerous others methods are needed for proper detection. Typically if you're infected do not even attempt to install a/v solutions without understanding what you are doing. You will simply end up with msiexec or one of the various methods threats actors uses.
