Thanks for sharing!

You may want to set UAC to maximum. Have you considered a backup solution?

+1 for EAM and VS! Great combo!
Thanks.
With UAC set to max I had a problem with the reset or refresh of Windows 10.
That's why I leave it at default now.
For backup I simply use the built in file history.

Maybe consider creating a system image. They can be handy for emergency recovery. Macrium Reflect and Aomei Backupper both offer a good free and reliable version. :)

Thanks for sharing your config with us.

Thank you all for your comments.
I have a WD Elements 500GB portable drive for backups using the file history of windows 10.
So my important files are backed up.
For imaging (strongly suggested here) what would be the preferred and most simple program?
Aomei Backupper and Macrium Reflect are mentioned.
But having a Seagate HDD and a Western Digital portable drive I can also use Seagate DiscWizard or Acronis True Image WD edition.

For me Macrium Reflect would be my first choisefollowed by Aomei. ;)

Once again, I really appreciate everybody commenting on my config.
As recommended I added image backup software.

I briefly tried all 4 mentioned here.
Macrium Reflect: IMO not noob friendly. Didn't really know what to select and how to start.
Aomei Backupper: Didn't scale well on my display, was very tiny. Didn't go any further.
Acronis True Image WD edition: noob friendly, simple and fast.
Seagate DiscWizard: was an older version of Acronis True Image than the one from WD.

So I went with Acronis True Image WD edition.

Removed the Adguard extension and replaced that with uBlock Origin and uBlock Protector because that combo is better in defeating anti adblock measures.
Removed HTTPS Everywhere.

Using these filters in uBlock origin:
uBlock filters
uBlock filters - Badware risks
uBlock filters - Experimental
uBlock filters - Privacy
uBlock filters - Unbreak
Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyList
uBlock Protector List
EasyPrivacy
Adguard Annoyances List
Fanboy's Anti-Thirdparty Social
Peter Lowe's Ad and tracking server list
NLD: EasyList Dutch
Adguard Social media filter

Added HTTPS Everywhere again in Google Chrome and Tampermonkey in Edge for AAK-Cont Filters For uBlock Origin: Hugo Xu / AAK-Cont · GitLab
Tried a lot of alternatives for CCleaner and ended up with reusing the latest CCleaner (nothing comes close) and using Wise Disk Cleaner just for the "slimming system" feature.
Added the latest beta HitmanPro.Alert 3.7.0 Build 717 BETA.
I really like HitmanPro.Alert and it's developers the Loman brothers.
I'm just not sure if i'm not over complicating my protection again....
