If i was you i would contact the central office of Toshiba and take it with them. They should be less idiotic.

Try this numbers and if main support guy gives you bs ask to talk to a manager.

After almost 3 weeks Toshiba sent us a "used" not likely the original RAM they stole. When we opened the computer to add the new RAM we discovered that one of the RAM sticks was missing. Still never going to buy from Toshiba again.

@J Gamez065: Too bad, some staffs or technicians are irresponsible to the act since they jealous on specs or whatever reasons and I've suffered too a swap RAM with slower speed even the capacity is same after the desktop before was repaired.
