HelpPane.exe pops up at random times

To tell you some prior information, this laptop hasn't been used for about 4 years, I may have downloaded a virus when I used to use this laptop and left it for 4 years. The initial symptoms are that at random times, usually around start up, a program called HelpPane.exe opens and opens and help window for whatever program or browser I'm on, for example, it opens the help tab on Discord if I happen to be using it, or a Windows Assistance window if I click on the Start Menu or am using Task Manager. I tried removing this with Malwarebytes, but it didn't pick anything up. I then proceeded to Malwarebytes Chameleon but whenever I try to launch it, the command prompt screen outputs "mbam-setup not found" then it says it's trying to download it but fails, resulting in me having to close chameleon.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Apologies for not replying sooner, I was away for a few days. Fixlog.txt is attached below, I might not be able to comment on whether or not HelpPane.exe keeps on popping up because it started happening a lot less frequently.
