EMET 5.2 is incompatible with Alert 3 full or also Alert 3"free" (after 15 days trial)?
Just for info they both are working on my system (have now the "free" Alert).
HMP and Alert team, congratulations and thank you for your great work and support!

My friend tried HMPA along with Emsisoft Internet Security 9, after giving it a try he removed HMPA and got a BSOD with this message from BlueScreenViewer: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe. After reboot all was fine, and he removed the HMPA drivers from System32. Is this normal, or due to Emsisoft?

If his system is W7 then I would bet it is due to Microsoft's netio.sys driver. Windows attribution to a driver, like ntoskrnl, is not always accurate.

There's a hotfix from Microsoft for that... https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2958399/

but without submitting a dump to Emsi, then there's no way to know for sure.

He can try to install the netio.sys fix and if it is unneeded on his system then the installer will say so.

If it was missing then he very likely knows the real culprit.

Well I fixed it myself. Restarted the PC >> Run as Admin >> Program Installed.
What happens after the trial version ends?

The program continue with its free features.
You can use all features in free version after trial but Exploit mitigations, CryptoGuard, Active Vaccination and process protection.

@Erik Loman

Still have that problem where displayed border and keystrokes disappear upon typing inside the IE address bar.

IE 11 has been a pesky bugger for you, hasn't it ?

We are not aware of any issues between Alert and IE11.

Do you have Live Keystroke Encryption enabled?
You can change the Live Keystroke Encryption in the GUI at the Safety Notification -> Colored Window Border menu.

What version of Windows, which AVs do you have installed?

EDIT - I noticed you wrote a post at our thread at Wilders Security Forum. I will reply there.
