Advice Request How do I enable and/or see log files?

I have Bitdefender Antivirus Plus Build: 26.0.3.29 and I would like to look at the log files after Bitdefender runs overnight on my (Windows 10) PC.
Do I have to somehow enable logging first...if so how?
Or is there a location the log files are stored by default, and where might that be?
It would be great if there was some way to get a brief summary log of each run...
