Advice Request How to permanently disable Microsoft Defender Antivirus on Windows 11

I was reading this Permanently disable Microsoft Defender Antivirus on Windows 10
Now I am having tough time where to find the setting of Tamper Protection to turn it off, before using the group policy to turn the WD fully off.
Note: I already installed KIS.

You don't need to disable Microsoft Defender when KIS is installed. It's already off now. You won't find Tamper protection when a third party product is installed since Microsoft Defender is not active.
