I need suggestions.
I have dell Inspiron 15 3321 with i3 intel processor laptop
Can I replace it with AMD Processor?

No. Laptops are very restricted to hardware changes.

If you want switching to AMD (which I recommend) you need to buy a laptop with AMD hardware or choice a desktop PC

Making a major change in your processor usually means getting a new motherboard, too. So you might as well just get a new computer.

You said this is a laptop? Usually, the cpu is soldered so no replacement is possible. If it were otherwise possible, though, you would have to replace that i3 with another mainboard-compatible Intel cpu and in almost all cases, this would apply to desktops. AMD and Intel cpus aren't interchangeable.

Additionally, if you're using Windows, you'll most likely need a new licence as MS links it to the MB.

Impossible on a laptop unless you can fabricate your own motherboard. Buy a desktop PC...it's easier that way.

Even with a desktop, switching from an intel processor to AMD means a new motherboard, and usually that means a new computer.
