I purchased several versions off PerfectDisk over the years. I recently lost a hard drive with all my data.

I wasn't worried. I had an account at Raxco and could redownload my software and Licenses.

That is when I found out they had closed Raxco forever.

So now I need a License Key (20 digit #) for PerfectDisk 14 Pro.

Anyone have any ideas how I can recover my License. Maybe I could purchase your unused license via paypal, I mean if you don't need or want it anymore?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear about your situation. If anyone has an unused PerfectDisk 14 Pro license and is willing to sell, please get in touch with the original poster. Please remember to keep all transactions transparent and secure.

You can download the full version of Perfectdisk 14 Pro from the official Raxco website. Just enter your serial number during the installation process to register it.

I don't see a site for Raxco anymore , there is Major Geeks has a download but apparently activations are not possible............

Limitations:
30-Day Trial

Editor's Note:
Raxco closed operations in May 2024. Standalone products will still work, but there will be no activations, updates, or support. Subscription products will remain active until their expiration date. Consider using an alternative like Smart Defrag or another app from the defragmentor/trim category.

As someone already posted, in your other thread, since they went out business and their servers are down, there is no way to activate it. The only way to use it would be to use a cracked version. But this is something I don't recommend doing. Your best bet is to use an alternative.

TY
I didn't know the servers had to be up, I thought that since I had a retail serial the software would just recognize the serial and activate.

It says you have a legitimate perfectdisk 14 pro serial, but you have perfectdisk (standard) installed, please uninstall perfect disk and install perfectdisk Pro to use your serial.

I downloaded perfectdisk pro. But it thinks it is perfectdisk (standard).

This is what led me to believe there must be a full version, which I had, but lost, and that I just needed the full version, not the Pro trial version, in order to use my retail serial number.

InstantRescue is the best and only software of it's kind that is compatible with Bitlocker and TPM (as far as I know, and I might be wrong). I loved PerfectDisk too. Everything from Raxco was top notch.
yes such a shame, you would have thought they would have just let the software become freeware if your closing down shop, that is what one other disk management software developer did, when he passed away he let the software become freeware, sorry I cant remember his name, sad he died too.
