Comodo has become no relevant in this world now, I tested this version and found that if your browser starts before comodo than that session is not filter by comodo at all till browser is open, so it means that any programs runs before comodo starts then no protection at all,

no, try with edge which opens before comodo and it will get access to internet, and that session will not be filter by comodo unless you close the edge totally and then reopen then it will be filter by comodo
