I have tried 3uTools and follow instructions from youtube on how to downgrade the iOS but I always encountered some error. I also tried resetting the phone to factory default and try the wifi connection again. The same problem, the battery still draining fast and I can't connect to my home wifi network. I'll just wait for the new iOS release. Hopefully this month. 🙁

I don't think you can downgrade to old since Apple revokes the signing certificate. It used to work pre-iOS13 where I dirty-flashed w/o data loss.

One reason why Apple products are so expensive is that they offer after sales support. In my experience in the UK, Apple stores are usually very helpful in sorting out problems- even if you have an out of date device. Telephone support is nothing like as good (overseas call centres normally) but is still an option.

So if an update affects the performance of your device, I would consider contacting Apple before trying any third party solutions.
