I don't know what it can do different than what uBlock can already accomplish with a good set of rules.Has anyone used AVG AntiTrack? Is it any good?
So is it useless?I don't know what it can do different than what uBlock can already accomplish with a good set of rules.
I wouldn't say useless, I would say it duplicative and an unnecessary exposure to threat/exploit space via allowing yet another "security program" to run in the background. So is it useless?
Thanks for your review.I just used AVG Anti Tracker's online tool to scan my pc for privacy issues. This is the tool they use to scare you and sell you their product. It scanned my browser and straight up LIED, saying they could detect I had logged a session in Blogger, which is literally untrue.
I already use uBlock Origin on my browsers. If you have AdGuard or uBlock and are using a more robust block list then it is my belief that you have all the tracking avenues covered (as much as you can without going VPN).
That is what I want to hear, I liked those three products, but AntiTrack was not as much as them.I dont personally use it the best tools for avg i think are avg internet security, and the VPN and tuneup.
You don't need to use the AntiTrackit is useless, especially with AdGuard installed, AdGuard way better.I am very happy with the following: AVG Internet Security, AVG tuneup, AVG Secure VPN, and ADGuard lifetime subscription.
yes i don't use Anti track period only ad guard its much better i only use the av tuneup and secure vpn.You don't need to use the AntiTrackit is useless, especially with AdGuard installed, AdGuard way better.
