In Personal Files & Photos backup: you should use an external device to save Your data, also You may use cloud services.

In Device recovery & backup: You may also use a full image system back solution: Macrium Reflect Free or AOEMEI BackUpper .

A PassWord Manager would be also welcome.

A periodic cloned image of your current O/S just makes things so much easier in getting back to normal if something goes south, even if it's not due to malware. In fact, my image backup/recovery program has bailed me out far more often due to something breaking, usually because of my own experimentation, rather than from a malware infection.
