Troubleshoot Just got PC Tower, but it wont display on the monitor (SOLVED)

Monitor is blank screen.

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Switched cables and monitors....

Well I hooked it up... PC powered on, BUT monitor is blank, it says *POWER SAVING MODE*. I know the problem isn't my monitors they work with the other PC I have, I switched out monitor cables. Is it the RAM or the CMOS battery?? Any advice.... what could be wrong.... any other possible things?

Could it be the graphics card, or this PC doesnt have intergrated graphics.... I dunno struggling to get the side panel off...

*UPDATE* ISSUE WAS THE BIOS NEEDING RESET OR THE RAM WAS DIRTY. THESE YOUTUBE VIDS DID THE TRICK.

Basically I probably need to re-set the CMOS. I'm learning all this now...

I GOT IT FIXED !!! ALL GREEN LIGHTS GO MONITOR... WINDOWS 10 PRO SCREEN UP.

I cleaned the RAM's and the CMOS battery put em back in and its all good now.

If the innards of any PC I have ever owned looked as untidy as in the videos I would never sleep again, there must be many rattles & buzzes coming from both cases
