K2021 ru-RU Technical Release full installers links leaked

For those who want to try upcoming K2021, I've found some leaked full installers in some forums. They are in Russian language but You can use SHIFT + F12 key combination to change the language into English (in every system start). In theory are TR so You can use already a commercial license code to activate them.

It is the same build number as the previous RC of February 29th. Could it be that they have changed the label from RC to TR without changing the number?

As I said, seems those installers are full, so at least are TR, which usually are the same as finals... and yes RC and TR usually are the same build number, I can't remember now a version when that rule was different

Yes, TAM was already removed from the betas and of course from RC also...

Where is TAM???????????

Reproduction steps: No special steps to reproduce, just go to More Tools -> Manage Applications... Actual result: Is it by design or temporally disabled?????????
