Advice Request Kaspersky anti-banner and outlook support issue

Hello,
I noticed that Kaspersky anti-banner doesn't block YouTube ads at all this issue in the product around two years ago and till this moment not fixed.
the same issue for new home outlook support for anti-spam and email protection.

Just an assumption: If You (Microsoft Apps) just check emails in cloud, and messages are not transferred to Your system via any supported K. protocols, it can't filter there, but K. Safe Surfing (Web AV) would check the content of the messages, and if You try to download any attachment to Your system then will be checked of course.
