Russian antivirus vendor Kaspersky Lab has confirmed the unauthorized online availability of its intellectual property in the form of source code and warned that it will launch legal action against people who downloaded and shared it.

Kaspersky needs damage control at this point. What they do is not what their costumers want. I'm sure their costumers don't care if the person that stole the source code is in jail or not and they don't care that Kaspersky threatens bit-torrent users with legal actions.
