But You may try to export and import settings, maybe will work, since both products have many modules that are the same...
I don't think it's possibe. Anyway, it will prompt you to uninstall the existing AV in order to be able to install the new AV.
You are right @ZeePriest , it is exactly what occurred when I installed KTS over KIS.
