Final version of 2021 21.9 is out already in many country regions, there is no 2023 version as such, 2021 21.9 is the 2023 version

Anyway, currently 21.13 is in beta stage now.

I think that 21.13.5.499 (RC) has just come out as a candidate to become a final.
