This "freeloader" did not purchase the paid version despite being very happy with the free version. Even though I still 4 months left on my subscription I decided to look for an alternative solution knowing that the end is nigh. Got a cheap licence for Mcafee...so far, so good.

So deprecating the free version will not result in shift of freeloaders to paid version, and consequently increase of annual revenue; is keeping the free version will further decrease the revenue?
