I also experienced that bro, though Adguard and K9 Web Protection is a good combo.

Btw, i solved this problem after contacting K9. U need to whitelist 3 urls & adguard will work fine plus i can enable unrated option to get full protection . Also i told K9 to remove 3 urls from false positive.

It slowed down my startup that is why I removed it. BTW where can I download Panda Security URL Filtering?

U can disable it from running at startup using taskmanager & delay it service. Btw it don't slow my boot time at all. I even tried to find Panda security URL newest version but can't find it. U can download the old version from this thread -

I've tried to delayed AdGuard but it doesn't allowed WinPatrol to delay its services. I don't really have a choice but to remove it.

Hmm I guess. But I'm contented with K9 Web Protection and AdGuard extension.

it's already solved btw i did few more experiment & found that unrated option is the cause to not show some pages work properly coz those urls r blacklisted as unrated. U can add website exception but i currently disable it. i'll only enable it when i'll do some serious stuff on net
