King Mellow, (this is your configuration after all) You might look into Shadow Defender in the future http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Security-Related/Shadow-Defender.shtml ..but be warned, my friend, do not set to enter "Shadow Mode" at start up unless we all plan on discussing:eek: slower start ups on your system (again):p:) Fortunately, Mrs Cats doesn't mind!:D ..much.:rolleyes:

U can disable it from running at startup using taskmanager & delay it service. Btw it don't slow my boot time at all. I even tried to find Panda security URL newest version but can't find it. U can download the old version from this thread -

I've tried to delayed AdGuard but it doesn't allowed WinPatrol to delay its services. I don't really have a choice but to remove it.

it's already solved :P btw i did few more experiment & found that unrated option is the cause to not show some pages work properly coz those urls r blacklisted as unrated. U can add website exception but i currently disable it. i'll only enable it when i'll do some serious stuff on net ;)
