No need to uninstall adguard, u can disable it in startup & automatically delayed it service & u will be fine :) Btw zemana & MCShield increase boot time so u need to set there service as automatically delayed plus remove them from startup.
Actually, that's what I'm thinking. But I can't find their processes in services.msc.

Or maybe I can use Task Scheduler???

Well remember one thing that microsoft had developed a feature called refresh/reset the PC. If u are still facing the same issues why not refresh ur PC, which might solve all ur problems.
Nah, my PC's boot is not that slow now, unlike yesterday. And I don't wanna install bunches softwares again. :D

There's no Antilogger SDK either. Oh I remember that WInPatrol has a feature that you can delay a certain program at startup, maybe I can use it, or no?
WinPatrol, and (I think..) maybe even CCleaner has either a program delay or disable feature at start-up.
Btw, I'm glad to hear your start up time's improved even a little!:) Windows 8.1 can be a harsh mistress!;)

Thanks bro! WinPatrol really helped me to trim down bootup time, but Zemana won't allow WinPatrol to delay its process at startup.

On XP I remember Zemana did not wish to be delayed, so I chose to exclude it from starting.o_O Period.;) Yesterday, I didn't even bother timing it, & walked away as though I were boiling water! XP makes your Windows 8.1 look truly instantaneous!:D ..but afterwards I started Zemana manually!;)

LOL, then it's true AdGuard was the problem, at least in your case and in mine
Yea me too...at first I didn't feel that problem, but in your case probably due to changing security config too often might caused this issue
I'm not very sure though, that's why I think Mr @Littlebits doesn't change his config so often (on his avatar :D)
However...since most of MT's member are software tester lover..that's something we might be expected soon or later :D

Koroke San has a point, he's correct about zemana..zemana will increase your boot time, and if you still want to use Adguard you can delay it as Koroke san pointed, and I think we doesn't need zemana at all, why use it? afaik..zemana can detect any keylogger behaviour, but if your system is clean...there is nothing to fear
