Advice Request KIS is blocking Telegram , in-game Xbox sign since 2 weeks!

When I disabled whole KIS protection Telegram and xbox app works, otherwise it cant communicate with servers. I tried disabling application control and firewall and also tried resetted the settings but still it blocks telegram, xbox in game sign in .Only turning off the whole protection solve the problem.

How do I fix this?

Try adding an Encrypted Traffic exclusion via Application Control, for those apps:



I use Telegram app in Windows and here works perfectly (without any exclusion)

based upon other threads created by op, he might be running both KIS and CIS on the same system or he was running CIS and then replaced it with KIS (CIS remnant conflict)

I already tried removing CIS, it still doesn't work! this is happening after a recent update to KIS!

Now its working after I reinstall Telegram! I still have both KIS and CF!

why KIS put xbox apps in low restricted? Why the Microsoft Digital Siignature is red? I am using the application control configuration as you wrote on the post!

Move all those apps in LR to Trusted...

Probably a problem with their digital signature -> Trusted but not approved, double click over one of those apps and check KSN info...

Okay, Thanks! they are showing more than 100,000 and some are more than 1 million KSN users used this app!

I added Forza Horizon 5 to trusted application list since it has a problem with digital signature, If I uncheck the status mark in this window what happens? is it getting untrusted again?

Probably, but if You moved it manually to Trusted, it should remain there.

Good question, there is nothing about that option in any online help of Kaspersky products

Yes, probably, to exclude Comodo services In Kaspersky, I would tick ALL THE EXCLUSIONS
