Advice Request KSC Allowing data collection setting

Hi,

Running KSC 21.2.16.590(b) and I want to allow data collection(web analytics and beacons) to a particular website to permit their web chat service however I am finding this difficult to configure. NB Block data collection and block tracking are enabled.
I have excluded the website in categories/exclusions under block data collection in Private Browsing Settings but this does not work.

Any help appreciated.

Please attach screen-shot of the exclusion, also add the exclusion to Anti-Banner, probably it is also blocking the site...
