Advice Request KSC Free performance issues

I uninstalled Kaspersky, went back to Windows Defender, and now everything seems to be smooth. Applications are responding faster, and RAM usage is not going above 52% anymore. With KSC Free it's normally in the range of 69-75% RAM usage in total with 4 applications running.

PotPlayer
Multicommander

Not sure if Kaspersky would perform better if there was an external graphic card.

Something is triggering a deeper analysis from Kaspersky. Is icon constantly blinking?

Try voodoo shield if defender takes too much performance impact.
Other low end security solutions .
Include OS Armour ,Comodo Firewall Cruel Settings,wise vector stopX etc.
And graphics card won't help.
But more RAM/SSD can help .
But personally for your usage specs are good enough as long as you ditch a signature based AV.
Since the Signatures are saved in memory .
