I'm using Dropbox (2GB) and i'm very happy (monthly backup) Those programs that you've mentioned are pretty good, i'm suggesting instead of X64 Time Machine i'm using Shadow Defender (giveaway) and for imaging i'm using O&O DiskImage 8 Pro (bought), all installed on PC

HMP is not free, and i'm sick of MBAM

Herdprotect is also a great tool.But there will be lot's of FP with herdprotect.

I've heard good things about Herdprotect, and may try it someday too.

Avast Free with Hardened Mode (moderate)+ Sandboxie (run on-demand, not on startup) should be good, if you don't get Emsisoft.
