I even tried to download the offline installer using this link and get the same error: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb5_offline

ok it"s a cloudfront blocking, it does not come directly from MBAM, server-18-238-80-43.jfk52.r.cloudfront.net , so you need to ask to AWS why exactly.

could you say to me, if this is a cloudfront blocking server from AWS or the file it self from the cdn ?

try to download this : https://data-cdn.mbamupdates.com/web/mb5-setup-consumer/MBSetup.exe and tell me after you click on the link

It downloaded normally for me, what am I missing?
