The only issue I have is that it still says that your IP is public even if you are connected to another VPN at the time. It only relates to using their VPN.

I have an extra seat for 2 years for premium plus if you want it. The azire VPN is not bad let me know i'll pm you the key.

  1. Could you help me with disabling the VPN option from the GUI?
    (You did the same thing as Driver Booster, and I don’t know why.)
I already use another VPN, so I don’t need to see this feature (ergonomically speaking) in the GUI. Could you ask your superiors (at headquarters) if it would be possible to add an option to hide it in a future version, and maybe replace it with the Identity Select feature? I don’t use any social media.
  1. Also, my paid app always crashes when I try to open the Windows Firewall Control utilities (I can’t retrieve a minidump).

As you can see, this crash happens with the latest stable version (updated today after the Apple exploit).

Could you please look into this strange bug?

Maybe you need some logs, but I don’t know how to generate them or where they are located.

I prefer not to use the Malwarebytes forum for confidentiality and security reasons (my IP address is in Germany but i don't speak german).

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exeto run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  3. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  4. Navigate to the Advanced tab
  5. The Advanced menu page contains four categories:
    • Gather Logs: Collects troubleshooting information from the computer. As part of this process, Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) is run to perform a complete diagnosis. The information is saved to a file on the Desktop named mbst-grab-results.zip and can be added as an email attachment or uploaded to a forum post to assist with troubleshooting the issue at hand.
  6. To provide logs for review click the Gather Logs button
  7. Upon completion, click OK
  8. A file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop

Malwarebytes executable soft(s) was updated before using the Support tool signed lastly (generated) the 06/08/2025
you need to change the extension to zip format before using this logs files,
i don't have the password to open some of the file group,
comply with GPDR,
mean don't publish my system information out of Malwarebytes Server
i know from where this file is monitored : Compte inconnu (S-1-5-21-4182593829-1868708002-2751824170-1000)
i am whaiting for the result, you don't need to hurry your self.

no thank you, i have no time for this
i beleive you could do it for the florishing of your own manufactury,
i mean the extraction in local of the zipped file, or giving me the password,
so i can see what is behind this mistake, in fact not giving the password here,
but sending me the password on my email account anonyme@tuta.io
in terms of transparancy so i can see what kind of info you get from
my own computer through this debbuging logging soft.
