Add Malwarebytes Anti Exploit for added protection. I am not an expert and might get disliked for this but I think adlockers are bad for revenue of sites.

Hi...
I would like to know the opinion of a few of you guys concerning WinPatrol Free and GlassWireNetwork (firewall) Security Free. What is the difference between them and which would be more important and recommended as a security tool ??? I currently have GlassWire on my PC.

Thanks, George
Thanks for all the feed-back... I have turned on the UAC and added Adblocker like mentioned. Just one question... If you had to choose between GlassWire and WinPatrol which would you choose??? Would you consider using both??? I am considering WinPatrol. I think it offers a bit more protection. Thanks to all....

They are different tools; Glasswire is a Windows Firewall enhancer while Winpatrol is a registry/autorun guard. both can be used together.

Which adblocker do you use?

ADGUARD Firefox plug-in is what I'm using. Thanks for the explanation concerning Glasswire and Winpatrol. I'll will consider on whether to us both or just maybe Winpatrol. If Glasswire is a Wins firewall enhancer then I assume that it's operation depends on how well Wins FW performs. Thanks for your most appreciated advice.....

Thanks to all for the tips and suggestions for my security set-up. Glad to know that I'm participating on a site were there are knowledgeable geeks that are well informed on the security subject. Using Winpatrol. Again thank you very much....
