Like the others no problem with updating Edge here.
Maybe a restart of your computer will help?

Anyone else have this strange white outline around Edge's new tab page? It wasn't there yesterday and wasn't a result of Edge's latest update (I updated Edge manually after the outline appeared).

No, but I'm using the light theme.

No, but I'm using the light theme.

Does it appear if you switch to dark?

[Gandalf_The_Grey]

Does it appear if you switch to dark?

Yes, it does appear.
An alternative would be dark with picture of the day enabled, that doesn't show the white border.

Ah. Good. Wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem on my end.

I would use image of the day if it didn't move the quick links to the bottom of the page for some confounded reason.
I'll just put up with the outline for now.

Can confirm it. I also use dark mode.

The white line disappears when you use a self-selected picture.
