It encrypts the TLS handshake, which the session, normally is not encrypted, would transmit the information in plain text via the browser. Basically it's the last step in adding some privacy.

23H2 is just an enablement package, it's pretty small update as all of the major stuff was installed by Moment 4 update earlier last month (this just flips the switch ON). It takes only a couple of minutes to download, install and reboot on any modern device.

+ Bought Adguard VPN for 5 years (35$)
+ Added Adguard VPN over F-secure freedome ( f-secure wouldnt start when booting computer and i had problems with it)
+ swapped google search with duckduckgo, as vpn makes it ask capcha
+ Added Adguard DNS Paid version that is free for adguard VPN users
- enabled block newly registered domains
- added hagezis ultimate blocklist on adguard dns
