Briefly explain your current issue(s)
Boot loop stuck on logo, no loading dots
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
System restore, but no fix.
I decided to install Avast on my PC yesterday. That, however, caused the startup to get stuck on the DELL logo. Even after I uninstalled it using safe mode, it still won't boot. I tried system restore and it still didn't work. Sometimes I can't even get into Safe Mode.

I believe I had hit rock bottom. If not, I need a solution…

What did you do exactly after it booted from the flash drive, and you chose your language, ect. Did you click Repair instead of install, did you try to run repairs, such as the start up repair? If that was run and failed, did you then boot from it again, and using repair, enter CMD and enter this in: bootrec /fixmbr?

You can also while using command from the bootable flashdrive, run a : sfc /scannow to verify file system.

Don't you try to repair it, there will be mistakes, the time and effort will always be in vain. Use DISKPART and remove main partitions, included your windows inside 3rd partiton, recreate new partition with the new free space standard mbr or gpt uefi partitions depending your config bios, start dvd or usb windows Installation, thats all. no more ways for you, LOL!

It seems like a quiz or a mystery novel that guesses from fragmentary information.
Looking at the first writing, it seems that it started up even though it was unstable. I supposed that there was a high possibility of a hardware error if it was that it stopped while repeating the restart etc. several times afterwards.
I look forward to the appearance of the name detective.

Now I can't boot at all… no bootable devices found
That is usually a MBR issue.

If you are unable to do either with the bootable copy, then it is likely the hard drive itself is failing or has failed.
Wouldn't Win 10 have thrown up a warning if the disk was failing?

Wait......this problem started in 1969?!
Terrific sense of humor:giggle:

I'm with you show-Zi, it's like a murder mystery, I love this kind of thread, usually TwinHeadedEagle gets to have all the fun.

@Anti, A external hard drive for routine system backups will help you avoid this type of predicament. Please let us know how this turns out. Good luck.

Not necessarily, they can fail unexpectedly and without warning, or they can do so slowly with signs like, computer slowing down, BSOD's, computer freezes, ect.

@Anti In order to help you, we must have more detail of what occurred, and what steps you have taken. In your video, you are not booting from a USB to windows 10. Either the image is not correctly burned to the usb or the order of boot was not changed correctly and saved.

The best i can do at this point, is leave you a couple video's on how to make the media and how to change your boot order. Once those two steps are complete, and you have the media up to the point where you can install windows 10 or repair it, chose repair and run the start up repair, if this fails, then do these steps again, and this time, chose CMD and type this in to repair the MBR...

bootrec /fixmbr

I can not further assist you without the required information detailing your steps.

How to create bootable media

How to change boot order in BIOS

I already did that. In my video I showed you that it loaded to a blank screen.

Either the repair is loading or something else.
