Advice Request NordVPN for Windows troubleshooting

I installed NordVPN today. I had to do troubleshooting. In the process, it asked me if I want to include a list of all installed applications, I said yes.
Later, when I opened Reliability Monitor, I noticed most of my programs are listed there as this screenshot below says:

Is this normal and okay? What triggered what, that they are listed in Reliability Monitor?
I hope I don't see any malfunction in my installed programs because I can't do a clean install now.

Are you using a custom or manufacturer PC?

Search 'successful application reconfiguration' for possible reasons.
