I believe that his “invitations” from Norton were all used up yesterday. 
I have just maxed out my subscription with norton a full 4 years have to wait 30 days to apply my new key to max it out. and yes i cannot give out anymore invites my seats are all closed.
never saw this alert in avast/avg appears Norton has been given some extra protection features which make it superior to the avast/avg product line. lets not forget you also have norton safe web which sometimes detects things avast/avg may not. But here is a screenshot of the new detection feature in norton.

New Norton 360 app
After seeing this post, I am eager to test it, but they are in the rollout phase. Today I searched a lot for the new Norton 360 v24 version installer setup (Norton_360_online_setup-24) and found it on one website. I installed it over my V22, and it successfully installed and worked. The new app is great.
Avast has it and it was officially mentioned in the changelog in November 2023. But I have seen their Web-Shield blocking websites as fake store even before that. It's a good feature with very clear easy to understand explanation.
Presently, Norton sends invite links for only selected users to your Norton registered email account. So the only way to get the newer version is from the online setup file.

Just tested it and it installed the Portuguese version of v 24 correctly. So if you don't want to install the English version, there is a good chance you'll get your language version as well...
Just discovererd you can easily change langues on version 24. Something else they brought from Avast.
Yes, Norton supports around 25 languages. You can change or add more languages to Norton by going to Settings-General-Language and click on add or remove languages.
I think so, it will not be activated automatically after install, but there is a huge warning on the main UI to activate it in 24hrs...
