As the thread has already been taken over: I use MS 365, I just paid £79 for 5 devices, I may or may not renew next year but at the moment need (want) Outlook - If I can't afford the money I could use free alternatives such as Libra office & others, or an older version? Whether 365 it's a scam or not no one is forcing anyone to use it. There are free alternatives. The BMW M3 is probably overpriced but no one has to have one & if you don't have the money get a KIA, walk or use a bus.
I've heard all the arguments for cracked software for over 20 years & if you can't afford it use something you can - 365 is expensive, but parts of it are unmatched, that's why I bought it. The same arguments goes for Apple products, expensive, yes, there are alternates - Using unlicensed software is no different that taking an iPhone at least in UK law. Honestly is pretty difficult to keep up, but you are either honest OR you are not.
