This should make choosing Vivaldi over Brave easier for me, as I'm still a bit confused.

Both ara available for me; both have pros and cons, but in conclusion, Brave offers a less-trouble experience.

Exactly, I like Vivaldi, but I've noticed the team focuses more on the UI than on other issues.

As mentioned earlier, each browser has its pros and cons, so I still haven't found the best one, though I'm leaning more toward Vivaldi.

There is nothing as the best browser. I am using 3 browsers: Vivaldi, Waterfox and Helium. Vivaldi is the main because I am using it for my study and I have sync enabled. It is one of the very few browsers that allows you to turn off any features you do not like. It does not force anything and during setup, you can configure it the way you like.
