Patch My PC now supports French if the Windows is installed in French​

Fixed detection issues that may occur for:

• Avidemux
• Blender
• Brave
• Discord (Excluded “PTB”)
• Etcher
• GIMP
• Malwarebytes (Excluded “Endpoint Protection”)
• Skype (Excluded “Click to Call”)

Improvements:

• A lot of code-improvements for backend
• Minor other improvements

Removed Software:

• Removed JDK 8 & JDK 14 (No public downloads anymore)
• Removed uTorrent & BitTorrent (High detection ratio in VirusTotal all the time)
• Removed OneDrive (It auto-update itself + It’s pre-installed with Windows + Compatibility issues when upgrading from the installer in some cases)
